'Lighting: still image analysis'

The use of Top Lighting here is to create a glamorous look for the woman, it's coming from the top right and is most probably a filler light to only have a small park of her lit up.

The use of a key light here helps us see the entire picture clearly, and the use of a top lighting from a filler helps us see the lines on his faces such as the cheek bones, and gives the shadow under his eyes to perceive a more menacing look.

The top lighting in this picture gives the actor a menacing look instead of a glamorous one, his face is half shown, and a filler light is on the pistol to make it stand out.

There's a heavy use of key lighting on her, with a shadow in the middle.

The use of filler light behind the blinds, reflects the shadow onto the actors faces, whereas the key light lights up the rest of the scene.

The use of back light, key lighting is to create a silhouette of the small group.

The use of key lighting covers half of the actresses face and creates a shadow beside her.

The use of a key light for the top lighting make the actress look more glamorous as it should.

The use of back lighting is to create a silhouette to create and earie and menacing looking character.

The key light lights up both actors with key lights.
